Is there a limit to the number of process flows an EG project can have?

No, no hard limit. Of course, the more flows you have and the larger your project, the more difficult you might find it to manage.

Actually, I am using the multiple flows in order to manage the project more effectively. Each flow has a single function like creating a single calculated field. This allows for more modular development so that each module (i.e. flow) is simple and maintainable but the project as a whole is complex...see what I mean?
