I am facing issue to build Asset health score model 

If you have any reference to how to build this model so please share with me and further if possible please elaborate what about the parameter should be considered while building this model?

• What type of asset(s) are we talking about?
• Do you want to predict maintenance issues & prevent breakdowns?
• Are you familiar with survival analysis?
• Are you willing to invest in additional SAS software to automatically monitor the health of all manufacturing processes to help ensure continuous product quality?

Ans: Refinery domain
What type of asset(s) are we talking about?

Ans: Refinery asset generally centrifugal pump, Fin fan ,reciprocating pump, fd fan etc

Do you want to predict maintenance issues & prevent breakdowns?
Ans : Yes, we want to  predict maintenance issues & prevent breakdowns.

We are looking for a model which will help us  in asset health score.

 If possible kindly provide sample/document  for asset health scoring model.

SAS has a product called: SAS® ASSET PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS
