Incremental load error

Hi,

When i'am trying to spool the data from client data source getting error that query buider was broken.

and i checking query builder log the error is

" ERROR: CLI cursor fetch error: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel Process ID: 161269 Session ID: 2763 Serial number: 15847 "

so, how to solve this error? and please post full step by step solution on this.

The most likely causes of such an error is either the database connection timing out or there has been a network error. How long did the job run for? Do your database queries consistently stop with this error after a certain length of time? If you re-run the job does it work OK or not?
