Import XML stored across multiple cells in Excel

An export into excel has been created that has a number of regular fields, then an xml response stored across several cells. 

Is there a way to import this directly? 

I haven't seen anything that deals with this specifically.

Save this as a CSV file, then you can easily combine the 4th to 7th column while reading the CSV with a data step.
