You may also expand on what you're trying to do, this question is vague.
If I understand correctly, you're not really supposed to sort that data in that manner.
Nothing would be maintained pass the view table.
Use the SORT task to sort data if you want.
Your statement is correct. So what is your point? That you would prefer that you could sort them? If so that's an enhancement request that you could raise as a suggestion.
For now you could use the Dataset Attributes task to sort column names.
