I has 2 database which has the same table structure. I want union the dataset been generate by the query builder in the same Process flow. I has select table from database A and run the query builder to generate the dataset. In the same project, I also select table from database B and generate the dataset. I need to union both dataset become one dataset, and I need upload the final dataset to LASR.
May I know how I can make this work? Please help. Thanks!
In Enterprise Guide, you find a "Append Table" task that does a UNION in PROC SQL.
Hi,
I am not sure to fully understand you, but I let me give it a shot.
What I think you are looking for is:
- to create a new Query Builder of your 2 generated tables, so you can create the union
- and add an additional step to load the data into LASR.
Are those 2 steps clear or any is not clear to you?
Ya...I wish to union the table generate by Query builder with the table generate by Query builder(2); and then upload it to LASR. May I know how I perform this beside using program?
Thanks.
