hi,

Im not so much experienced yet but when I need to use "RUN BRANCH'' I have i problem:  When that specific procesflow that I run, includes a datastep to IMPORT a file, that datastep will NOT run AUTOMTICALLY. Everytime. I need to run that step manually.

So i maybe found a workaround, and that is to use PROGRAM, to start running this branch and this specific import datastep. To make a long story short; is there a code that i can add in PROGRAM, to start running a specific datastep (in this case, an IMPORT DATASTEP)

Thanks!

Jonathan

To force a program in the flow to run before other steps, try adding a custom Link to connect the steps.  Right-click on the program and select Link To:

Link it to the immediate next task that needs the program as a prerequisite:

When you run the flow, EG will ensure the linked objects run in sequence.
