Enterprise Guide has nothing to do with ODS.  That is a SAS statement.

 

If you are getting different behavior when submitting the SAS code via Enterprise Guide than you do when running the SAS code directly then there is a difference in the instance of SAS that Enterprise Guide is using than the instance of SAS that you get when running directly.
