How to open .sas7bdat file in SAS EM

I have created a DATA.sas7bdat file under the folder "TEST DATA" in SAS Studio. I am unable to open that file in SAS EM

 

I have created a library datacar in SAS EM and tried to connect it with TESTDATA folder. SAS EM is not showing the file in the library datacar
