Hi,

Could anybody help me on below.

I am using SAS EG 7.1 to send email to my customers. I am using data step to create body of the text and i tested with myself and my colleague emails and it's working fine.

However, my doubt is how do i know whether email reached to recipient or not if i send to customers.?

Thanks in Advance...

Regards

Siva

You have no way of knowing unless you get a response from the recipient, either automatically or manually requested (you can set up auto acknowledgements but the recipient can still opt out). This is not a SAS limitation it is an email one.
