It is remote login error. Please check your user id and password of remote server. It may not be same as you are using for SAS EG login.
tsoid and tsopw point to the use of a z/OS system as a remote SAS/CONNECT partner.
Check your credentials by directly logging on to the mainframe in question. You might simply have an expired password.

I was able to login into the mainframe using the same credentials.
Well your errors contain the text "security verification failure" which suggests that your userid/password is failing for some reason. I suggest you work with your mainframe SAS admin to troubleshoot this.
Is this the first time you have tried this or did it used to work and now doesn't?
Thanks for all your replies. This is due SAS 9.4 which bought a security profile differences , which lead to error in SAS connect.
