How to download SAS Enterprise guide 8.3  installation binaries ?

You have to install EG from the SAS software depot you received for your BI server installation. There is no separate download available.

We downloaded SAS Software Depot  via Download Manager, we have license for EG but strangely the EG release in the Depot is 7.1 and not 8.3.  We are interested specifically to EG 8.3 but then we are not sure how we can obtain the proper installation binaries.

Get in touch with your SAS account manager and/or SAS technical support.

The version of EG you download is dependent on the SAS 9.4 maintenance release of your SAS Software Depot. You need to request a SAS 9.4 M7 depot. This will contain at least EG V8.1 - this version and higher can be updated automatically via a menu option to 8.3.
