How to create turn column data into a hyperlink?

I am trying to create a report theat provides a linkable tracking number.  I tried to recode the Tracking # into a link that shows up in my reports.  I have concatenated the front HTTP://...TrackingNumber.aspx? and the tracking number.  It shows up as only text.  Does EG provide a way to activate.  In addition, is there a way to just show the tracking number as the link? IE: 50303.

Thank you, when I look at the EG Code, it uses PROC SQL and PROC PRINT.  Using PROC REPORT appears to be getting me where I want.  Curious, does PROC SQL have a way to alter a vaule to show as a HYPERLINK.  From what I have researched, it does not appear so.
