How to change EG 8.3 cursor color from black to white?

I selected the dark mode for my SAS EG session, which is easier on the eyes, however it's difficult to find the black cursor on a dark blue background.

Can we change the cursor to a white color? Or is there a patch the SAS guys can fire off?

Which operating system? Might be operating system setting change required.
