How do we deploy SAS EG jobs to schedule it from Management console scheulde manager plug-in?

You need to export your EG project to SAS programs first (EG projects cannot be scheduled from SMC), then store the SAS programs in a folder accessible by the SAS App server. You then add these as deployed batch jobs in SMC under Schedule Manager.

What scheduler are you going to use in SMC - LSF?

Also make sure that you test-run your .sas codes in batch mode before submitting them to the scheduler, as the batch environment may differ significantly from that of the workspace server.
