How do I move arrows in EG

I just returned from a Users group meeting and was show that by placing my cursor over task in EG, I could change/add an arrow to different task. However, I can't get this functionality to work in our version (3.0.2.414). I believe the SAS person was using EG 4.1. Is this functionality new in 4.1 or am I doing something wrong.

That's a new addition for EG 4.1. You should work with your SAS support folks to get an upgrade!
