Is it possible to define a hot-key to open a new program. It is not listed as one of the defined keys. Is it possible to define a keyboard macro to perform this action? If not, any other suggestions?

There's a blog post from Chris Hemedinger which looks like it might be useful https://blogs.sas.com/content/sasdummy/2017/07/17/sas-eg-key-mappings/

Thanks. Looks promising. I will check it out tonight.

I am teaching the SQL course and one of the students asked me this question. This question came up yesterday and not being a regular EG user I mentioned that communities.sas.com was a good resource to ask such questions. Your quick reply reinforced my point about the value of this site.
