Solved: Hightlighting?

Can you highlight (like you could in Abobe reader) in program editor? I want to highlight some of the sections not certain type of procedures.

No, you cannot highlight (or apply any text decoration) to an arbitrary section of code. Your best bet is to use code commenting to call out the sections.
