Having multiple language option for SAS Client components

Hello All,

I am using SAS 9.4 and require to have multiple language options while using SAS client applications like SAS E-Miner, SAS EG and SAS VA. For example when I launch SAS Enterprise Guide, I should have the option to select different language that are configured in my environment.

At what configuration level, do I need to change the settings to get the expected results ?
