Getting error ""CopyToServerIfNeededCompleted Exception"

I am new to Enterprise Guide. If i am opening already created project i am getting the following message "CopyToServerIfNeeded". Please help me on this....Thanks...!!

This error came up occasionally in EG 4.1. Make sure that you have all of the latest hotfixes applied: http://ftp.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/ent_guide.html.
