Fetching previous dates

I have a dataset with quarter end dates such as:
Date
31.03.2022
30.06.2022
30.09.2022
31.12.2022

Using one date i need to fetch the data with the previous date. (Eg: fetch data with 30.09.2022 using date 31.12.2022)How can i do this. Please provide a solution.
