Hi

I cannot run sas EG 7.1 as I used to. I got the following error message.

Could anyone helps me..

Maybe you should try deleting just EGOptions.xml (in C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Roaming\SAS\EnterpriseGu​ide\7.1\).

If your site's SAS representative can't help open a track to SAS tech support could be the next step.
