Are you wanting to simply store the EGP file on one server vs. another? If so, you can do this with File->Save As to save the project to a new location.

If you are wanting to do the more complicated task of replacing references in your project from one server to another -- for example "ServerDev" to "ServerProd", you might try the Tools->Replace SAS Server tool.
