Error:can't connect with Metadate Server

I setup the Metadata Server through software navigator. At the last step, the SAS Configuration Wizard reported error.

Registering Service Failed
Registering the service, SAS lev1 MS-MetadataSe, failed with a return code:1073. ERROR Message:. Standard Message:.

I choose "YES" to continue my step. While open the SAS Management Console, it need to connect with Metadata Server.
I'm sure that I have started the Metadata Server, but the SAS Management Console can't connect with it. And now I can't finish my configuration steps and didn't know how to deal with this problem.

There is a hyperlink at the bottom of this page that says "issues that require SAS action." This will give you means to contact Tech Support. This is not an issue for the Enterprise Guide forum, and the nature of the problem is such that only Tech Support can guide you through resolving it.
