Error Runtime SAS Enterprise Miner

Please. I need your support. I download SAS Enterprise Miner, but it is no run in my pc. I don't understand the reason for that. In next image show you the error.

I suggest you open a track with SAS Tech Support. There are many reasons why SAS Enterprise Miner might fail at start up.
