Can someone tell me how to install sas enterprise guide  on windows and linux.

#1 You can't install EG on Linux, as it is Windows-only.

 

On Windows systems, you either install by using the SAS Deployment Manager (from a full SAS deploament package), or by using the standalone .msi that is also included in deployment packages.
