You have to be more precise than that. How did you attempt to export data? Show us your code (if you coded anythng).

in enterprise guide there is an option export and select excel.

(not  through code , open the table and send to excel. the table having more the 1 million records but after reaching 1 hundred thousand the error coming up)

Since an Excel sheet can contain only a bit more than 1M rows, I suspect this is the cause of the error. What happens if you take the first 10 rows of your data set and attempt to export that?

first 10 records are exported with out any issue. but my question is why after 1 hundred thousands records the error coming up as we know it should stop at 1 million.

I've had the same experience with the "Send to" option, it can be slow, and sometimes fails with large volumes.

I've found that using the Export option for large files is much faster, and quite reliable.
