Why did SAS chose to remove Enterprise Guide in SAS Viya architecture and why the push to use SAS Studio when SAS Enterprise Guide is been there long and has better interface than SAS Studio?

Hello @Ramakanthkrovi,

as for my understanding, SAS has not removed anything. Actually, the idea is that SAS 9 should work together with SAS Viya. Hence, you can have your nice and shiny EG, connected to SAS 9, the SAS 9 can make a definition of connection to CAS in SAS Viya... and, therefore, EG can connect perfectly to SAS Viya.

Also, I would like to recommend you some nice article to read: https://blogs.sas.com/content/sasdummy/2018/04/30/sas-enterprise-guide-futures/
