I am just glad I figured out a work around.  The biggest disadvantage to the CSV file is I can't pull from multiple worksheets in the same workbook anymore.  Have to save as serperate CSV files.  Maybe it can be addressed by SAS as a bug at some point.  I am going to report to the SAS overseers with my company and let them take it from there.
