In Enterprise Guide I can set the settings specific to Enterprise Guide when I go to TOOLS>OPTIONS.

I would like to know the following:

The values of the options is it stored in a specific folder or data set that I can locate.

The reason for my request is that when I am working on my computer I have specific settings for myself like the font of the editor and opening a data set by default. When I go help another person I would like to load my configuration settings without having to go to TOOLS>OPTIONS and setting one by one.

Thanks in advance.

See the information in this thread about "SEGuide /option:" settings.

You can override options at the command line, or sub in an entirely different options configuration file.  It's not officially documented, but feel free to play with it and see if you can make it work the way you need.

A lot is found at: https://communities.sas.com/thread/60474

Eguide settings are part of windows setting and is stored in the current user roaming profile.
When the installation/packaging for the closed desktops is done this part of configuration could be done as a config step.

No not typing "setup" when having put the floppy-disk in the machine....  Something more thinking and communication required.

By the way, are you allowed to work on somebodies else account?
