For security reasons, I would like to disable Add-In Manager in Enterprise Guide 8:

If it is not possible, I would like to disable to open user add-in:

Is there a way to do that within Enterprise Guide role & capabilities in the Management Console ?
Is there any other alternatives ?

You can disable this and other select capabilities in SAS Management Console (requires that you are using a SAS 9 Metadata environment). This capability is "Access Unregistered Custom Tasks".
