We have a Enterprise Guide user who see's the Server Libraries Libref name instead of the Library description name. All other users in our company see the Library Description name. Is there a setting somewhere that he has set that we can change? For Example: What he should see; Library - ADS Library - CMS Star DB Library What he is seeing; Library - ADSLIB - CMSSTAR Thanks, Susan McGrath

Make sure this user is connected to the metadata server in the same way as other users, and that he's part of the same groups.  It's possible that he's seeing the libraries as they are autoassigned in the server, but not seeing the metadata associated with these libraries because he isn't a group that has that access.

Chris, the majority of our users are part of a group called SAS Analysts/Users.  This user is a member of that group.

I recommend making sure your users are running EG 8.2 Update 4, as there was an issue related to libraries in a couple of the earlier 8.2 updates.  I can't promise it will resolve this specific issue, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did.
