Enterprise Guide 6.1 - Output/Results in one window.

I am trying to see if there is a away to configure output in Enterprise Guide 6.1 to print output into one continuous output window. I have tried switching off replace results without prompt but this then creates a new piece of code for each window? Can anyone help?
