When I try to use the shared data from SAS folder, it shows the machine name could not be resolved to an IP address.

And I ping the server (odaomr-apse1.oda.sas.com), it failed. What am i supposed to do ?Smiley Sad

Not much you can do unless you're a server admin. If so then restart the server/object spawner?

From my tablet, the name resolves to an address, but the server does not respond to a ping. Since this is a name in the sas.com domain, get in touch either with the person who supplied the name, or SAS technical support.
