[EGuide 8.3] Options Missing from Export and Export Code from Process Flow Share Tab

One of my users I administer SAS for has reported that their Export window is missing some features compared to their colleagues. Any thoughts?

The issue is identical in both the Export and Export Code from Process Flow windows. Have confirmed it isn't an issue with their current code and is replicated with both old and new programs/process flows. Suspect it's an issue with their application. Any thoughts? Could it be a particular setting that needs to be changed/reverted? Thanks in advance.

That looks like an EG version difference to me. To confirm get both users to check the Help / About Enterprise Guide menu option.
