I'm getting the following error when attempting to importing a Microsoft Access database into Enterprise Guide: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". What does this mean?

Hi:
I could not find that exact error message (by searching support.sas.com) in relation to Microsoft Access, but I did find reference to that message when trying to access a remote Excel file with SAS Enterprise Guide:
http://support.sas.com/kb/15/420.html

This may be a question that is best answered by SAS Tech Support.
