EG Crash when access "Editor Options"

I'm having an issue where SAS EG is crashing every time I try to access "Editor Options".  Has anybody else experienced this, and if so, what did you do to fix it?

I've already tried re-installing EG and it doesn't fix the problem.

That's why I've opened a ticket with tech support.  I was wondering if this has happened to anybody else.
