I have been running EG Version 8.5 for a while now and I have been tripped up several times when executing code nodes.  When I click the Run button at the top of an EG code node, it only runs code that was selected.   This is great if that's what I am intending to do, but if let's say for example that I am in Code Node A and I copy a comment then scroll down where the copied block in not in view, then I go over to a different Code Node B, maybe I paste in the comment or maybe I don't, but then return to Code Node A and click the Run button.    EG doesn't prompt me run the selection or the entire node, it just runs the selection (in this case the comment that I had previously copied) I am searching that same code

I'm pretty sure that functionality was dropped from EG 7.x. If no node / code is selected all nodes / all code is run. If a certain node(s) / code block is selected then only the selections are run. There is now only the one option on the Run icon:
