EG 8.3 dark theme too dark

My employer recently switched to EG 8.3. 

The dark theme is too dark and light theme is too white (literally killed my eyes)

Can I change to something like "want"

SAS - I "really" wish you could have done a better job in UI . I will now have to rely on beloved Notepad++ for code writing.
