EG 8.1 Analyze Program

EG 7.1 had a very useful feature called "Analyze Program" which created a flow diagram for programs (especially useful for long programs).  I cannot find this for 8.1.  Is it gone?

There are three vertical dots at the end of the program toolbar (which includes save, share, debug, application server, etc) on the extreme far right. If you mouse over it, it says more options. Analyze program is one of those options.
