Is there a way to change the default margin settings for printing a datasheet in EG 4.2? I'm having to print preview, then page setup and reset my margins every time I want to print the datasheet and it's very annoying. I'm testing five different versions of a lab practicum and have to print each data sheet twice (once with a column formatted and once with it not) and I'm still experimenting with different data sets. The default left and right margins are 1", which causes the datasheet to print on two pages even though it fits just fine with the margins set to .25".

I've searched the knowledgebase and some of the threads here. It looks like autoexec MIGHT be an option in EG 4.3 (which I've requested). I need a solution that is transparent to the several hundred students that will be using EG in a lab setting.

Thanks,

liz

If your goal is to produce something that it print-ready, you might look at using ODS PDF and the options that it supports. You can specify PDF as a result type in EG options, and add additional options specific to PDF in the same place.
