Different connections to databases

I am running into an error I havent seen before (below) Is this because other processes are running or something else?

ERROR: Teradata connection: TDWM Throttle violation for Concurrent Sessions: For Rule Name 'User_Throttle', Limit of 15 concurrent
       requests.

Are you using fast load, multiload or fast export?

The "Concurrent Sessions" part makes me speculate that maybe you are running more than one instance of EG at the same time.  Is that true?
