We have a requirement for an ASP.NET web page that prompts users for SAS EG report parameters to be filled in by the user. Is the SASEGScripting.dll the appropriate solution for this? Where can I find documentation and examples for a Rest API that uses SASEGScripting.dll?

The requirement is to do this using a web page. Do you have any documentation or examples for using stored processes on your BI server from a web page?

Agree with @Kurt_Bremser - SAS Stored Processes (the basis of SAS BI Web Services) is the better approach.  If you use SASEGScripting, then you're relying on the automation of EG on a "headless" ASP.NET web server, not a tested or supported scenario.  The SAS Stored Process server (and the BI Server in general) is fit-for-purpose in this application.
