Deactivate the sas guide message

I'm wondering if it's possible to deactivate the sas guide message :

I'm on SAS EG 8.3.

If you select to delete the "recovered" files, then the messages should stop appearing.

What about the worning message like this :

It appears all time.

When you open a project file that was created with an earlier version of Enterprise Guide, the project file format is converted to the latest version. However, it won't be saved as the latest version until you explicitly save the project file and replace the original.
