The column date is in this format: "30AUG2001:15:59:54.970"
The syntax:
t1.AccountCreated >="01JAN2014:00:00:00.000"d and t1.AccountCreated <="01DEC2014:00:00:00.000"d
is valid but no data appear. It just gave me a blank screen. What did I do wrong?

It's valid, but not what you intend, use DT to specify a Datetime constant not D.
Try the following:
t1.AccountCreated >="01JAN2014:00:00:00.000"dt and t1.AccountCreated <="01DEC2014:00:00:00.000"dt
