Create a Data Integration Studio profile using Localhost instead as server?

Would anyone know if it is possible to use the localhost (127.0.0.1) for creating a data Integration Studio profile?

I did try it but I had an error message.

Would it be possible to have an example of the setup?

In Connection Information GUI I have tried the following:

Machine:  localhost

Port: 8561

For UserID and Password I used my Windows account login details.

For Machine I have also tried 127.0.0.1.

Have you got a metadata server setup on your local host.

Also better to post this in the data integration forum rather than here.
