Hi:

Depending on where (what country) you took your training class and how long ago it was, you might still be able to get the data from your instructor or your training center. If you took the class in the US, send mail to training@sas.com and see whether the data for the class you took is available. If you took the class in another country then send mail to that country office.

However, even if you can't get the data that goes with the book, there are several resources available to you. Enterprise Guide comes with a group of sample data sets that you can find on your Windows system. For EG 7.1, my sample files are here:

Your sample files may be in a different location depending on how/where your EG was installed.

Then, in addition, there are over 200 SASHELP data sets that should be available to you for use. Here's a description of all the SASHELP datasets: https://support.sas.com/documentation/tools/sashelpug.pdf .

And, finally, you can activate the free Statistics 1 e-learning class, Although we don't teach the use of Enterprise Guide in that class, the data for Statistics 1, is designed for teaching ANOVA, Regression and Logistic Regression. Look here: https://support.sas.com/edu/elearning.html?ctry=us&productType=library for a link to activate the free Statistics 1 class. The Course Overview and Data Setup section of the class has a program that you need to run to make the data for the course.

  Hope this helps,

Cynthia
