Is there any way or sample code to achieve, using Custom Task, connecting existing specific type of elements with my custom task (all within the same EG project)?

There is! You get to this through the ISASProject interface, which you can get through the Consumer.  (Assuming you are navigating in a .NET project.)

 

I'll need to dig up a thorough example for you.
