Follow these steps (from EG 4.1):
1) Start EG
2) Start New Project
3) Point to your data
4) Describe --> Table Analysis
5) Highlight Task Roles & pick your variables
6) Highlight Tables and arrange variables on table
7) You will find Chi-square choices under Cell statistics and Table Statistics (Associations)
