Borders and handles too thin in SAS EG v8.3 GUI

I'm going nuts trying to grab the millimeter wide borders and handles to adjust window sizes with my mouse.

Is there a way to adjust the width?

If not, could SAS please offer a patch to fix this? Thank you!

That's already been added as a SASWare ballot suggestion. There is no option to change this currently.
